Class Enrollment and Participation

Class enrollment is subject to instructor approval and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to insufficient enrollment, safety concerns, or other operational reasons.

Safety Requirements

Participation in blacksmithing classes involves inherent risks. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Follow all safety protocols and instructor guidelines
• Wear required safety equipment at all times
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Accept full responsibility for your safety and well-being

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful, professional behavior. We have zero tolerance for:

• Discrimination or harassment of any kind
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior
• Failure to follow safety protocols
• Intoxication or substance abuse

Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our platform.

Refund Policy

• Instructor-Specific: Each instructor sets their own cancellation and refund policy for their classes
• Policy Disclosure: Cancellation terms are clearly displayed on each class page before enrollment
• Refund Processing: Refunds are processed according to the instructor's stated policy and preferred method
• Medical Emergency: Special consideration may be given for documented medical emergencies, reviewed case-by-case with the instructor
• Instructor Cancellation: Full refund if an instructor cancels a class for any reason

Pricing Changes

Class prices may change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of enrollment.

Instructor Responsibilities

Instructors using our platform agree to:

• Maintain appropriate certifications and insurance
• Provide safe, well-equipped learning environments
• Deliver classes as described in listings
• Treat all students with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Report any safety incidents immediately

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Blacksmith Classes, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform, but grant us a license to use it in connection with providing our services.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk

Blacksmithing involves inherent risks including but not limited to burns, cuts, eye injury, and other physical harm. By participating in classes, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for your safety.

Service Availability

We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blacksmith Classes, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
